There are new apprenticeship progression targets for Training Providers.

There is a rising calibre of candidate

A minimum time on programme has been set for framework completion

There are pressures and changes around the contributions of emploeyrs and apprentices

The Toolbox Focus

It covers four main areas

1. The knowledge and understanding of the Training Provider’s own staff

2. The knowledge and support needed by the learner who is thinking about progressing

3. The understanding, awareness and requirements of the employer who may be considering supporting learner’s progression.

4. The current context e.g. student loans for the over 24’s
