Printed by Taylor Bloxham who have achieved the environmental standard ISO 14001:2004 and FSC Chain ofCustody Certification. Text printed on Robert Horne Heaven 42, which is produced using virgin wood fibre fromfully sustainable forests with FSC certification. All pulps used are Elemental Chlorine Free (ECF) and manufacturedat a mill that has been awarded the ISO14001 and EMAS certificates for environmental management. Cover material is a non FSC accredited stock.

The use of the FSC logo identifies products which contain wood from well-managed forests certified inaccordance with the rules of the Forest Stewardship Council.
