What a bright time,

To rock the night away.

to go riding in a one-horse sleigh.

Giddy up, jingle horse,

pick up your feet,

Jingle around the clock.

Mix and mingle in a jinglin’ beat.

Rudolph, the Red-nosed Reindeer

Page 25: Woodland Heights School presents: A Christmas Sing-a-long

You know Dasher and Dancer

and Prancer and Vixen,

Comet and Cupid

and Donner and Blitzen.

But do you recall,

the most famous reindeer of all?

Page 26: Woodland Heights School presents: A Christmas Sing-a-long

Rudolph, the red-nosed reindeer,

had a very shiny nose,

and if you ever saw it,

you would even say it glows.

Page 27: Woodland Heights School presents: A Christmas Sing-a-long

All of the other reindeer

used to laugh and call him names.

They never let poor Rudolph

join in any reindeer games.

Page 28: Woodland Heights School presents: A Christmas Sing-a-long

Then one foggy Christmas Eve,

Santa came to say,

“Rudolph with your nose so bright,

won’t you guide my sleigh tonight?”

Page 29: Woodland Heights School presents: A Christmas Sing-a-long

Then how the reindeer loved him ,

as they shouted out with glee,

“Rudolph, the red-nosed reindeer,

you’ll go down in history!”

Page 30: Woodland Heights School presents: A Christmas Sing-a-long

Jingle Bells

Dashing through the snow,

in a one horse open sleigh.

Over the fields we go,

laughing all the way.

Page 32: Woodland Heights School presents: A Christmas Sing-a-long

Bells on bob-tail ring,

making spirits bright.

What fun it is to ride and sing

a sleighing song tonight.

Page 33: Woodland Heights School presents: A Christmas Sing-a-long

Frosty the Snowman

Page 35: Woodland Heights School presents: A Christmas Sing-a-long

Frosty the snowman

was a jolly, happy soul,

With a corncob pipe

and a button nose

and two eyes made out of coal.

Page 36: Woodland Heights School presents: A Christmas Sing-a-long

Frosty the snowman is a fairy tale they say.

He was made of snow, but the children know how he came to life one day.

Page 37: Woodland Heights School presents: A Christmas Sing-a-long

There must have been some magic

in that old silk hat they found.

For when they placed it on his head,

he began to dance around. Oh!

Page 38: Woodland Heights School presents: A Christmas Sing-a-long

Frosty the snowman

was alive as he could be,

and the children say

he could laugh and play,

just the same as you and me.

Page 39: Woodland Heights School presents: A Christmas Sing-a-long

Thumpety, thump, thump,

thumpety, thump, thump,

look at Frosty go.

Thumpety, thump, thump,

thumpety, thump, thump,

over the hills of snow.

fa, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la…

‘Tis the season to be jolly,

fa, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la…

Page 42: Woodland Heights School presents: A Christmas Sing-a-long

Don we now our gay apparel,

fa, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la…

Troll the ancient yuletide carol,

fa, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la…

Page 43: Woodland Heights School presents: A Christmas Sing-a-long

Santa Claus is Coming to Town

Page 44: Woodland Heights School presents: A Christmas Sing-a-long

You better watch out.

You better not cry,

better not pout,

I’m telling you why:

Santa Claus is coming to town.

Page 45: Woodland Heights School presents: A Christmas Sing-a-long

He’s making a list,

checking it twice,

gonna find out

who’s naughty or nice.

Santa Claus is coming to town.

Page 46: Woodland Heights School presents: A Christmas Sing-a-long

He sees you when you’re sleeping.

He knows when you’re awake.

He knows if you’ve been bad or good,

so be good for goodness sake.

Page 47: Woodland Heights School presents: A Christmas Sing-a-long

You better watch out,

you better not cry.

You better not pout,

I’m telling you why.

Santa Claus is coming to town.

Page 49: Woodland Heights School presents: A Christmas Sing-a-long

Have a holly, jolly Christmas,

it’s the best time of the year.

I don’t know if they’ll be snow,

but have a cup of cheer.

Page 50: Woodland Heights School presents: A Christmas Sing-a-long

Have a holly jolly Christmas,

and when you walk down the street,

say “hello” to friends you know,

and everyone you meet.

Page 51: Woodland Heights School presents: A Christmas Sing-a-long

Oh, ho, the mistletoe,

hung where you can see.

Somebody waits for you,

kiss her once for me.

Page 52: Woodland Heights School presents: A Christmas Sing-a-long

Have a holly, jolly Christmas,

and in case you didn’t hear,

oh by golly have a holly, jolly

Christmas this year!

Page 53: Woodland Heights School presents: A Christmas Sing-a-long

Let it Snow

Page 54: Woodland Heights School presents: A Christmas Sing-a-long

Oh, the weather outside is frightful,

but the fire is so delightful,

and since we’ve no place to go,

let it snow, let it snow, let it snow.

Page 55: Woodland Heights School presents: A Christmas Sing-a-long

It doesn’t show signs of stopping,

and I brought some corn for popping.

The lights are turned way down low,

let it snow, let is snow, let is snow.

Page 56: Woodland Heights School presents: A Christmas Sing-a-long

When we finally kiss goodnight,

how I hate going out in the storm,

but if you really hold me tight,

all the way home I’ll be warm.

Page 57: Woodland Heights School presents: A Christmas Sing-a-long

The fire is slowly dying,

and my dear, we’re still good-byeing,

but as long as you love me so,

let it snow, let it snow, let it snow.

Page 58: Woodland Heights School presents: A Christmas Sing-a-long

O Christmas tree, O Christmas tree,

how lovely are your branches.

O Christmas tree, O Christmas tree,

how lovely are your branches..

Page 59: Woodland Heights School presents: A Christmas Sing-a-long

Your boughs are green

in summer’s glow,

and do not fade

in winter’s snow.

O Christmas tree, O Christmas tree,

how lovely are your branches
