WisDOT published the new PM Agreement and FDM 3-1-5 in FDM TransmittalNo. 379 on 12/21/10

Key Improvements: Provides definition of a “pavement in

good condition” to better clarify eligible work

Reformatted PM Agreement for easier use by creating table of eligible work and requirements.

130 staff statewide engaged in training 15-20 projects underway
