1. Office 2013 products are only supported on

Windows 7 and Windows 8/8.1 and will NOT run

on Windows XP or Vista.

2. Internet access is required to install and activate

your Office 2013 products.

3. You can review the Office 2013 minimum system

requirements in the FAQ on the HUP website.

4. If you need to re-download your product visit the

My Account section on the HUP website.

5. Before you can install Office 2013, you first need to

uninstall Office 365.

Before You Download…

3 . If a User Account Control pop-up appears, select ‘Yes’.

1. Click the ‘Install’ button located on the

Thank you page or the download link in

your receipt email.

2. A pop-up will appear on the bottom of

your screen prompting you to either

Run, Save or Cancel. Click ‘Run.’

The Click to Run installer will launch and begin the download. Download progress is shown on screen.

Set up Steps

Step 1. Select ‘Next.’

Step 2. You may choose to help improve Office by

sending Microsoft information about your

experience. This will require you to sign in with

your Microsoft Account.

Step 3. If you choose ‘No’, the

installation will continue with a video.

Office Video Experience

You’ll be greeted by a short

introductory video explaining some

of the new Office features.

Installation Process

Once the video ends, you can again choose whether or not you wish to sign in with your

Microsoft Account. This is not required.

There is a short description of OneDrive.

Installation of your new Office Product will continue in the background.

Installation Process

Jump in and start using your new product while the rest of Office installs in the background.

Until the installation is complete, a progress box will be displayed in the bottom right of your

screen. Internet access is required to complete the installation.

Manual ActivationIf for some reason your product did not

automatically activate, you can follow

these steps to manually activate your

Office 2013 product.

Note: Internet access is required to

complete the activation process.

1. Open any Office 2013 product.

2. An 'Activate Office' window will open.

3. Click the 'Enter a product key instead'

link located under the 'Next' button.

4. Enter your product key which can be found

in the My Account section of the HUP website

or your confirmation email.

5. Click 'Install' to complete the activation.

6. To confirm your product is activated, in any

Office 2013 product click File -> Account and

check for the 'Product Activated' message.

7. If your product is still not activated please

contact customer service for assistance.
