Acceptance onto each post 16 study programmes is dependent on the ‘Attainment 8’ GCSE grades (including English Language & Maths (including equivalent BTEC

Science) (GCSE Grade Points: A*=8, A=7, B=6, C=5, D=4, E= 3, F=2, G=1).

The EPQ is equivalent to an AS and generates UCAS points that will prove very useful in any application for a place in higher education.
