Acceptance onto each post 16 study programmes is dependent on the ‘Attainment 8’ GCSE grades (including English Language & Maths (including equivalent BTEC

Extended Project Qualification (EPQ) All students on Level 3 programmes are strongly encouraged to complete the EPQ as part of their study programme. This qualification requires an in-depth study of a chosen topic from one of their A Level/BTEC subjects, the construction of a report, an artefact or performance and then a presentation on this to their peers. The EPQ is equivalent to an AS and generates UCAS points that will prove very useful in any application for a place in higher education.
