We connect industry leaders, peers, local chapter members, young professionals, and other women in the industry to one another through national, regional and virtual events.We partner with our member organizations and pursue joint events to cultivate leadership skills, business practices, personal contacts, and career opportunities.

We promote the advancement of women in leadership in the commercial finance industry through education focused on leadership, professional development, and substantive topics at national, regional and virtual events. We raise the profile of female leaders through thought leadership content in industry publications.

We provide inspiration to each other and inspire change within the industry through our efforts and events.
