EMOTIONS
• We have 6000 words for different emotions
• Approx. 12 different emotions dominate us during a week
• 5 or 6 dominate emotions that make us happy on a given week
We have 6000 different emotions
Out of which only 12 emotions dominate in a week
Half of those 12 emotions don’t make us feel very good
Only remaining 5 or 6 dominate emotions make us happy
The Quality of our Lives is the quality of our
Emotions!
