When you receive your tea shipment, it will have been tasted for quality control, blend-ed, flavored, and packed within days of shipping it to you.

Our tea is always packed in oxygen barrier containers to keep its freshness for as long as possible. For example, our iced tea filter bags are packed in ten-count, foil-lined oxygen barrier zipper bags, before they are packed in a case. Other tea purveyors bulk pack their iced tea filter bags in a plastic bag lined corrugated case with very little oxygen

barrier qualities.

Waterfall’s recipes are only created using a base tea that works best for the intended use in a food service environment.
