work place

Who is CONTRIBUTOR…?

Contributor focus on his goal and do his work perfectly, they take responsibility for work In any situation, contributor doing have wider view of their work and they take pride for doing their work.

HERE EXAMPLE OF CONTRIBUTOR AND NON-CONTRIBUTOR

Non-contributor focuses only on his personal and external success for his personal benefits

While contributor focuses on both external and internal success. He also thinks about his personal success but first priority is given to others

INTERVIEW• I met Nimesh Patel who work for L & T as project manager. I

interviewed him and asked him what does he think about contributor and his experience related to it. And also asked him the qualities that he needs in contributor.• He said that before a month he and his team was given a project but

unfortunately his two members met an accident. So the burden on them was increased. But the other team members was very cop-operative and helpful and decided to overtime to meet the deadline. • So according to him his team members was best example of

contributor.

• Person working in a team should never work for his personal success or benefits.• Team member should take responsibility to do

team work in any situation even if there is a problem• Team member must be honest and should satisfy

others with his work.• He should not be a clock watcher• He should possess a broad vision but in limits.• Contributor should always keep him updated and

learn new thing.• He must not be selfish.

QUALITIES OF CONTRIBUTOR WORKING IN A TEAM

CONCLUSION• Contributor personality is very effective and help us to bring

success not just to self but to others also. Contributor is always helpful and ready to work in any case. So one should try to develop CONTRIBUTOR PERSONALITY
