Its about being able to have a great idea and put it into a short filmso others can view and comment weather or not its good enoughto be made as a full film. Some shorts films have become successful through festivals. ForReservoir Dogs became a popular film after being noticed at theSundance festival.
3. 3. Held The Sundance film festival was created in 1981. internationally-recognized non-profit organization that actively advances the work of risk-taking storytellers worldwide. Was originally founded by Robert Redford. Robert Redford created a sense we unknown directors and writers could share there story for free. Its a place were people created independent films. Its a successful worldwide known film festival.
4. 4. Held Cannes film festival was founded in 1942 in Cannes, France. The Palme dOr (Golden palm) is the highest award at Cannes film festival. The film The tree of life became a successful American film winning the Palme dOr award. Market the short films by holding festival days that last 2 days on a weekend.
