new heat-wave display merchandisers have single and dual-shelf open heated units for grab-and-go locations. the units are available with euro-style rounded edges or classic value design options. the heated under-shelves provide radiant top heat.

domino’s Pizza 20,000th Middleby Marshall oven in Action

middleby marshall and domino’s Pizza have a long relationship that stretches back more than 30 years. that partnership hit a milestone in october when middleby marshall installed its 20,000th oven in the 9,999th domino’s Pizza store located in carlsbad, ca.

“domino’s Pizza is cooking nearly 400 million pizzas every year in middleby marshall ovens, from our basic oven to the wow! oven,” said mark sieron, President of middleby marshall. “we are truly honored to be their partner and celebrate this achievement.”

franchisee shane casey, who owns the carlsbad store, has used middleby marshall ovens exclusively in his stores for his entire 24-year association with domino’s Pizza. he credits the ovens’ speed and consistent baking with helping his stores keep up with production, even on record sales days.

currently middleby marshall ovens are in domino’s Pizza stores in 70 countries and six continents, including india where middleby marshall was named the domino’s supplier of the year. middleby marshall will hit another milestone in 2013 when it celebrates its 125th anniversary.

Middleby demonstrates New Technology at Tradeshows

middleby exhibited at the national association of convenience stores (nacs) show october 7-10 at the las vegas convention center. the booth drew large crowds of people wanting to learn more about middleby brands such as star, bloomfield, turbochef and Perfectfry.

the middleby brands will unveil many new products at the nafem show in february in orlando. stop by the largest booth on the nafem show floor – 2822, 3022 and 3222 – to see the latest fryers, ranges, countertop conveyors, rapid cook ovens and induction technologies.

Middleby expands its Global reach with Mww Australia

on dec. 10th, the middleby corporation announced plans to open middleby australia, a full-service office headquartered in brisbane.

middleby australia will serve the markets of australia, new Zealand and the Pacific islands with a full sales team, customer service, logistics, parts and service to go along with a complete test kitchen. middleby australia will also have a warehouse in sydney to house a full inventory of equipment and parts. “we have received tremendous feedback from our global chain clients about the launch of middleby australia,” said douglas dunn, vice President and general manager of middleby worldwide, who will head the leadership team as managing director. “with our two large warehouses and in-house service team we are positioned to serve our customers in the region better than ever before.”

dunn will be joined on the leadership team by general manager Paul gummerson and sales director brandon clarke. the move represents another investment by middleby to its global infrastructure as well as its ongoing commitment to market brands worldwide.

the launch of middleby australia was made possible due to the strong mining industry, the growing australian economy and a demand for the middleby brands in the expanding food service sector of the region. middleby now has a presence on five continents, including distribution centers in the united states, china, the Philippines, uk, brazil, mexico, spain, switzerland and australia.

Turbochef wins 2012 csP retailer choice Award
