Cal StatesCompletion of A-G coursework andSAT Reasoning or ACT
CSU GPA is computed only on A-G coursework completed in grades 10-12.
3.0 GPA (or higher) = admission. Higher gpa required for admissions to Long Beach, San Diego, San Luis
Obispo, Fullerton, Pomona, etc.
A lower gpa requires a higher test score
CSU GPAIf your A-G gpa is lower than 3.0, then your test scores will make the difference regarding your eligibility for admission.
You may repeat A-G classes where you earned a D/F grade for a better grade. Then only the repeated grade will count on your CSU college application.
