Stage I: Cleaning of Surroundings

We start with thoroughly cleaning the manhole and surroundings which is usually full of dirt, mud and algae

Stage II: High Pressure water Jet Cleaning

Cleaning of the walls and ceiling of the tanks with our special high pressure jet.

Special care is taken for cleaning the ceiling, incidentally has high concentration of germs and bacteria due to the availability of oxygen and dampness arising out of condensation of the water vapour.

Stage III: Sludge Removal

The dirty water and sludge is removed using a special sludge pump.

This is a very tedious and laborious process if done manually.

Stage IV: Vacuum Cleaning

After the sludge is removed the remaining dirt is vacuumed out using a Industrial Vacuum Cleaner making the floor of the tank totally dirt free.

The sludge is then taken out of the tank and disposed off to a safe place.
