chicken with mashed

potatoes and cabbage salad

Franka having

barbecue...

homemade pickled

ball peppers

Lucija likes her mum’s pie

...that she had to go back

for seconds!

Homemade bread

Traditionally, red

beats and

cucumbers are

pickled in autumn.

Sarma - sour cabbage rolls filled

with minced meat and rice and

cooked in a spicy stew. Traditional

and Stjepan’s favourite.

Fruit - three tangerines,

a grapefruit, a banana

corn and peanut

Fresh almonds

In autumn we roast

chestnuts...

...we enjoy pumpkins...

...especially

pumpkin wedges

baked in the oven.

Sweet!

We roast the

pumpkin seeds also.

They make a great

snack!
