January 2014 - Initial analysis of potential for Atlanta University Center and surrounding neighborhoods of Castleberry Hill, Vine City, English Avenue and others to participate in long term, integrated restoration process necessary to restore the economic, social and environmental health of the community.

Identified opportunity for an integrated restoration economy with significant opportunities for long term careers and local business ownership by bringing the surrounding communities to the universities and the universities into the community. Identified sense of urgency and implications of the Atlanta Falcons stadium development, stressing opportunity is great and the time is now to ensure long term integration and considerations that benefit the community long term.
