Wellbeing Survey & Health Checks
Key Findings
•Only 28% performing recommended amount of daily activity.
•Only 17 % having 5 a day.
•30% drinking above recommended limit.
•Survey did show we had a happy workforce!
•First round Health Checks recommended attention to healthy eating and weight
management, due to the high %age of people with high cholesterol readings, waist
circumference and BMI measurements.
