The sentence is in the Present Perfect Passive Voice. Before talking about it, we should go over the present perfect tense and the passive voice.

the present perfect tense: form: have /has done

• meaning:

• the passive voice form: be done

meaning:

• then, we can get the form and meaning of the present perfect passive voice as follows:

form: have/ has been done

meaning : sth.has been finished before you say it

e.g.. 1) His homework has been finished before his mother comes to pick him up.

2) His homework hasn’t been finished until his mother comes to pick him up.

4. although conj. in spite of 虽然，尽管 Correct the following sentence False: Although he is only a boy of sixteen, but

Reason: Both “although” and “but” are conjunctions, but in one sentence only one

conjunction can exist.

It is an elliptical sentence. The one is “Is there any reason?”
