We use the Math In Focus Program. The math skills we work on in Kindergarten include:

Children learn to think mathematically about problems and their solutions. They are given opportunities to investigate, discover, explore and apply their own solutions to math problems. Connections to real life

situations are emphasized using the Math In Focus program. Topics are taught thoroughly using a concrete-pictorial-abstract learning progression that includes hands-on experiences and technology.

Concepts such as same/different, counting, patterns, add/subtract, and more/less are taught.
