• 2 big tests/2 quizzes a Quarter• Departmentalized midterm and final• Review sheets before test• Basic list…they need to make it their

own• I will teach study skills!

HW and assignments

• HW 2-3 times a week Therefore…….no late assignments are accepted.

• On my HW web page • Also on the board every day!!• Ed Moto?? Maybe…check website at eend of

next week...AND text reminders.• Follow me on instagram for

Labs

• Usually will have several days to complete lab portion and a few days to answer questions at home

• They have assigned lab groups…...will change lab groups each quarter

Class Notes and Handouts

• Copies of my notes are in the binder in my class room• Copies of all handouts in back of room-

sign says extra copies• If needed, I can share my notes, etc in

google drive; email me

Extra help

• Check website for “official” times• I welcome and encourage students to

come during lunch and/or recess to ask questions-preferably not Monday or Friday

• Every Tuesday after school• Have child email me if they want to make

a scheduled time

Partnership• Balance parenting and child’s need for

independence. They still need you!! Call guidance 767 5545 for PTC

• Be careful of APR (if child has an Alternate Perception of Reality)

• Stay on top but not too much• When in doubt, check it out. Call or email even if

small issue/question.• If mad---don’t email
