From Exit 136/I-75 near the hotels on Sam Nunn Blvd - go southeast on Sam Nunn Blvd, past thePerry Marketplace Shopping Ctr (Kroger) and turn right on W F Ragin Dr (there is a big Ag Ctr mar-quee). Continue 1.9 miles to GA-127 W/GA-7 S/US 41 S/General Courtney Hodges Blvd and turnright (south). The Animal Hospital will be on your right just after you cross a small bridge. The AKC National Owner-Handled Series is a non-titling competition for dogs that are exhibitedby their owners that are not professional handlers.

All dogs that are owner-handled and are not exhibited in the National Owner-Handled Series by pro-fessional handlers* meet the requirements for this competition. Exhibitors must declare their dog isOwner-Handled eligible at the time of entry using the check box on the entry form. Eligible dogs willbe identified by an asterisk in the steward’s book & the catalog. Dogs must be handled throughoutthe breed level competition for the regular show by an eligible owner. Professional handlers,household members and current assistants** to professional handlersmay not exhibit the dogin any AKC National Owner-Handled Series competition during the entire show.

Owner-Handled Best of Breed will be selected from the dogs that are competing in the Best of Breedcompetition including Winners Dog, Winners Bitch and winners of the non-regular classes.

Section 1- ClassificationsThe Four-to-Six Month Puppy competition shall be for dogs that are four months of age and over but undersix months on the day of the event. Classes will be offered for breeds and varieties and divided into Groupsas described in Chapter 3, Section 1 of the Rules Applying to Dog Shows and the Miscellaneous Class breeds aslisted in Chapter 3, Section 23. The Miscellaneous class competition will be the equivalent of Group competi-tion and the winner will be eligible to compete in Best Four-to-Six Month Puppy in Show. The FSS competitionwill be the equivalent of Group competition and the winner will be eligible to compete in Best Four-to-SixMonth Puppy in Show.

Section 2 – Entry and EligibilityEntry and eligibility requirements include:

• The Four-to-Six Month Puppy event may be offered at licensed or member dog shows at the optionof the show giving club.

• Four-to-Six Month Puppy Competition must be listed in the premium list, entry form and judgingschedule, if offered.

• AKC registration number or an AKC litter number will be required for all entries of an AKC recognizedbreed as listed in Chapter 3, Section 1 of the Rules Applying to Dog Shows.

• A foreign born dog may enter this class if they are registered in the country of origin.

• FSS number or FSS registered litter number will be required for Miscellaneous and FSS breed entries.

• All entrants are to be vaccinated (including rabies) in accordance with their veterinarian’s protocol.

• Dogs that are owned or co-owned by a professional handler may compete in this class, but must behandled by a non-professional handler. Professional handlers are defined as any person who belongs orhas belonged to a professional handlers’ organization, distributed rate cards, or otherwise advertised orrepresented themselves as handling dogs for pay within the last five years. Dogs may not be exhibited bycurrent assistants and household members of a professional handler.

PEACH BLOSSOM CLUSTER2017 PARKING GUIDELINES

NEW PARKING DIRECTIONS: Access from Exit 134 & follow signs to the East Gate

Gates will open at 8:00 am Tuesday, April 12, 2017. Thereafter, gates open at 6:00 am & close at11:00 pm.

RV parking is from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm through the East Gate. If arriving after 11:00 pm,enter through East Gate & Park in the RV park until morning when you will be relocated.

Reservations will be accepted through pre-registration sent to the Georgia National Fairgroundsusing the form provided.

Payment must accompany a reservation in order for it to be a valid reservation.

In order to obtain a refund, cancellation must be made by 12:00 pm the day before the first day ofthe reservation.

Sites will be assigned in the order in which the reservations are received. If you want tocamp together, you must send your reservations in together. Any spaces not reserved willbe assigned to those arriving without reservations on a first-come, first-served basis.

All RV Sites are handicap accessible.

Full hook-up sites are limited & will be assigned as the reservations are received. Not all sites havefull hook-ups.

All sites will have water & electric hook-ups. There will be one electrical & one water hook-upallowed per site. There will be no "piggy-backing" of utilities.

A free "Honey Wagon" service will be available on the show grounds. Honey Wagon Flyer to beposted on windshield for service.

Running of generators on the Fairgrounds is prohibited except in designated area.

Once you have been parked in your site, do not move your rig. Doing so may result in your imme-diate removal from the show grounds & a possible Event Committee.

There will be no changing or switching sites without permission from the ParkingCommittee Chairman.

There will be no saving of spaces allowed. Any items placed in a site for this purpose will be con-fiscated.

Only one additional vehicle will be allowed per site.

Any vehicles blocking fire lanes, unoccupied RV sites, or entrances/exits of buildings will be towedat the owner/exhibitor's expense.

It is recommended that exhibitors bring at least 100 feet of heavy gauge electrical cord &100 feet of water hose to ensure capability of reaching all hook-ups. Recommend 20 ft ofseptic hose. Recommend having a “Y” adapter for water hook-ups.

Day parking will be provided for exhibitors in the north lot.

Limited day parking behind McGill Building for box trucks.

5. Due to the severe clogging problems with the drain pipes, no dog may be bathed in the hotel.Crating & bathing facilities with hot & cold water are available at the show site.

6. Rooms will be inspected daily by members of the hotel staff & observed violations or damages willbe reported to the hotel management and/or the investigative committee.

7. The investigative committee, working with a fair & equitable system, is charged with investigatingcomplaints.

8. Each dog owner/registrant is expected to cooperate with the investigative committee, hopefullysettling damage claims on the spot, or else must be willing to furnish information such as insurancepolicy numbers & other pertinent information as required/requested.

9. Should a hotel/motel, for cause, deem it necessary to cancel room privileges, the registrant agreesto forego legal actions against CLUSTER CLUBS & the hotel/motel.

10. As an exhibitor, I am aware that violations may be referred to the Event Committee if writtencharges are preferred. If such charges are upheld by the Event Committee, it may lead to suspen-sion from future show privileges.

Dogs must beremoved from the show site two hours after the completion of judging on Sunday, April 17, 2017.The exhibition buildings will be open at 6:30 am the days of the shows. A Judge requesting the use of a ramp must give notice to the show superintendent/show secretary prior to judg-ing. The entire entry in a breed is to be examined in the same manner (ground, table, or ramp). Ramps can be usedin emergency situation to judge any breed. In an emergency situation an exhibitor has the option of withdrawingtheir entry and receiving a refund.

The following breeds may be judged on the ground or on a ramp: Lagotto Romagnolo, Clumber Spaniels, EnglishSpringer Spaniels, Field Spaniels, Welsh Springer Spaniels, Cirneco dell’Etna, American Staffordshire Terriers, IrishTerriers, Kerry Blue Terriers, Soft Coated Wheaten Terriers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Finnish Spitz, Keeshonden,Norwegian Buhunds, Polish Lowland Sheepdogs, Spanish Water Dogs and Norrbottenspets (Misc).

The following breeds may be judged on the ground, a ramp, or on a table: Boykin Spaniels and Whippets.

The following breeds must be judged on a ramp through all levels of conformation competition: Sussex Spaniels,Basset Hounds, Bulldogs, Chinese Shar-Pei and Chow Chows.

A Recording Fee of 50 cents for each dog and an AKC Event Service Fee of $3.00 will be required for each recordablesingle entry class at any Licensed or Member Club Show or Obedience Trial. (American Kennel Club Rule, Chapter 11,Section 2). An AKC Recording Fee of $3.50 1st Entry & $3.00 additional entry of same dog will be required for each entryin Rally. (American Kennel Club Rally Regulation, Chapter 1, Section 3) These Fees are paid to the American Kennel Club.

CANADIAN EXHIBITORS MUST SUBMIT ENTRIES WITH CHECKS DRAWN ON U.S. ACCOUNTS OR WITHINTERNATIONAL MONEY ORDERS IN U.S. FUNDS.

There will be no refund for duplicate entries.

Dogs need be present only for scheduled judging and will be released if not needed for further judging.

Dogs allowed in rings during judging only.

Dogs must be ready for judging. Neither the club nor its Superintendents will be responsible or obligated to furnishany service for notifying exhibitors or their agents of Breed or Class Judging. Judges need not wait for any dog hold-ing up a class. Owners or agents alone are responsible for the presence of their dogs in the judging rings.

The Club reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

All trophies must be claimed the day of the show - None will be mailed.

All checks issued as prizes are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Lost, stolen and/or misplaced checks will not bereplaced. Checks are valid for 90 days. The Superintendent is not able to cash checks.

RETURNED CHECKS/DECLINED CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS do not constitute a valid entry fee. Fees must be paidin guaranteed funds. Checks will not be accepted. The Superintendent will add a fee for completing the transac-tion and/or reprocessing the entries. Repeated occurrences from the same exhibitors may result in their beingput on a CASH ONLY basis.

Entry Fee will not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by Veterinarian or judgeor barred from competition by action of the Show Committee.

Exhibitors should follow their veterinarian’s recommendation to assure their dogs are free of internal and externalparasites, any communicable diseases and have appropriate vaccinations.

No entry fees will be refunded if the Show cannot open or be completed by reason of riots, civil disturbances, fire,extreme and/or dangerous weather conditions, an Act of God, public emergency, act of a public enemy, strikes orany other cause beyond the control of the Club or the Superintendent.

The show giving Club, the Show Superintendent, their agents, employees, etc, assume no responsibility for anyloss, damage or injury sustained by exhibitors, handlers, or to any of their dogs or property and further assumeno responsibility for injury to children.

No entry shall be made and no entry shall be accepted which specifies any condition as to its acceptance. Entrieswill not be accepted without fees, signatures or the “Agreement” on the reverse side of the Official AKC Entry Form.

Changes, additions or corrections to entry forms must be received in writing prior to close of entries. Thosereceived by telephone are not acceptable.

Refunds of $3.00 & less will not be issued due to the costs of processing.

An administrative fee of $2.00 will be charged for all cancellations or changes made prior to closing of entries.

CANINE GOOD CITIZEN TESTThe American Kennel Club’s Canine Good Citizen Program is a two-part program that is designedto (1) teach responsible dog ownership to owners and (2) certify dogs that have the training &demeanor to be reliable, well-behaved members of their families and communities. The purposeof the Canine Good Citizen Program is to ensure that our favorite companion, the dog, can be arespected member of the community because it is trained and conditioned to act mannerly in thehome, in public places and in the presence of other dogs.

The Canine Good Citizen Test of your dog’s manners and training is not a competition and doesnot require the owner/handler and dog to perform with precision. Handlers may talk to their dogsthroughout the test but cannot offer food or a toy.

The Canine Good Citizen Test is open to all dogs - both registered and unregistered that are 6months of age or older.

All tests must be performed on-leash. Dogs should wear well-fitted buckle or slip collars made ofeither leather, fabric or chain. Special training collars or devices (e.g. pinch collars or “head halters”)are not permitted. The leash should be made of leather or fabric.

Dogs must be healthy, in good condition and clean to pass the test. A dog, whose appearance hasbeen noticeably affected by a medical condition, may pass the test, provided at check-in theowner presents a letter of explanation and release from the dog’s veterinarian.

FIELD TRIAL DOG CLASS - A Class for Dogs that have placed first, second, third or fourth in an AKC licensed ormember field trial.

FIELD TRIAL BITCH CLASS - A Class for Bitches that have placed first, second, third or fourth in an AKC licensedor member field trial.HUNTING DOG CLASS - A Class for Dogs that have achieved the AKC Junior Hunter, Senior Hunter or MasterHunter Titles (Qualifying Score or Title from Hunting Test).HUNTING BITCH CLASS - A Class for Bitches that have achieved the AKC Junior Hunter, Senior Hunter or MasterHunter Titles (Qualifying Score or Title from Hunting Test).SLED DOG & SLED BITCH CLASSES - Entry must be an American Kennel Club or Canadian Kennel Club regis-tered Siberian Husky (eligible under Chapter 11, Section 1 of the AKC Rules regarding Registration & DogShows). There will be a class for dogs & a class for bitches. At the discretion of Show Chairman, additional classesmay be offered based on the requirements of the Sled Dog Degree Program. To qualify for entry in the Sled DogClass, the dog must have completed one of the following three requirements: During the previous racing season, each entry must complete twelve (12) heats with a minimum of four (4) milesper heat, or 48 miles per season. All races must be on snow with sleds & under the direction of a Recognized RaceGiving Organization with rules & recorded results. A Race Season is from April 1 to March 31.Entries that complete five (5) years in competition where the above rules are met shall be automatically quali-fied for the Sled Dog Class. A certificate of proof may be issued by the Chairman of the Working Committee ifthe 5 years of proof of competition records are sent in.Entries that have been awarded an SHCA Sled Dog Certificate, either SD, SDX or SDO & are additionally eligiblefor entry in a conformation class at an AKC event, are eligible to compete in the Sled Dog Class.Spayed or neutered dogs are not exhibited in the Sled Dog Class as required by the American Kennel Club.A list of the races in which the dog competed, or a copy of the 5 year certificate or a copy of the Sled Dog Degreemust be sent to the Show Superintendent when entry is made. Proof of qualification must be available at ring-side with one of these shown if challenged.The Show Superintendent shall request the following be provided with each entry to the Sled Dog Class: Eachdog’s AKC Registered Name, AKC Registered Number, Sex, Race & Date of Race, miles per heat & total miles - or5 year proof certificate - or copy of the Sled Dog Degree.WORKING DOG CLASS - Open to any Dog holding a Working Dog Certificate as issued by the Samoyed Club ofAmerica, Inc.WORKING BITCH CLASS - Open to any Bitch holding a Working Dog Certificate as issued by the Samoyed Clubof America, Inc.STRIPPED DOG & STRIPPED BITCH CLASSES - Dogs eligible to enter should be recorded AKC Champions andwill not be required to compete for Best of Breed Competition. NON-REGULAR (ADDITIONAL) CLASSES Involving Multiple Dog EntriesAs the judge's decision in the Non-Regular Classes involving Multiple Dog Entries is based on the merits of morethan one dog or bitch, no one of the dogs or bitches making up the entry judged first in these classes will be eli-gible to compete for Best of Breed by virtue of having won these classes.STUD DOG CLASS - For Stud Dogs and two of their Get. It is not necessary that the Get be under the same own-ership as that of the Stud Dog. The Stud Dog may be entered separately in one of the regular classes, or if aChampion of Record in Best of Breed Competition, but MUST be entered in the Stud Dog Class, the Get MUSTbe entered in one of the regular classes. The Stud Dog shall be considered as one entry and requires one entryfee, this being the regular fee plus the additional class fee if the Stud Dog is entered in another class. The StudDog must be shown in the ring with the Get. The class will be judged on the merits of the Get.BROOD BITCH CLASS - Same as for the Stud Dog except substitute Brood Bitch for Stud Dog and Produce forGet.BRACE CLASS - Two dogs of the same Breed or Variety of Breed with one or more common owner and at leastone dog must be entered in another class.TEAM CLASS - A Class for four dogs of the same Breed or Variety of Breed with one or more common owner andat least one dog must be entered in another class.

OPEN SENIOR CLASS - For Boys and Girls at least 15 and under 18 years of age on the day ofthe show who at the time entries close, have won three (3) first place awards in a Novice Class ata licensed or member show, with competition present in the Novice Class.

MASTER CLASS - For Boys and Girls at least 9 and under 18 years of age on the day of theshow and who have won ten (10) Best Junior Handler awards with competition. The calendar forthis class will be consistent with the eligibility dates for the AKC National Championship. All juniorsmeeting the criteria for this class are required to enter the Master Class and may change theirentry the day of the show if entries have already closed. Once the eligibility time frame for thatyear has passed, all participants return to the Open Class to compete for the following year.

Veteran Sweepstakes is open to all dogs that are7 years & over on the day of the show. Indicateyour Veteran Sweepstakes Class with the agedivision in the space provided.

The following classes will be providedfor both dogs and bitches.


Each Best in Veteran Sweepstakes winner is eli-gible to compete in the Hound VeteranSweepstakes Group, which will be judgedbefore the Hound Group Sweepstakes.


35% of total entry fees will be retained by theClub for expenses. 10% will be awarded to Firstin Veteran Sweepstakes Group. This event is open to all dogs four (4) months ofage or older that are registered with theAmerican Kennel Club or approved FoundationStock Service (FSS) breeds are eligible to partici-pate. Professional handlers or agents are onlypermitted to exhibit in FSS Open Shows if theyare listed as an owner of record of the dog beingexhibited. Professional handlers are defined asany person who belongs or has belonged to a pro-fessional handlers’ organization, distributed ratecards, or otherwise advertised or representedthemselves as handling dogs for pay.

2017 RV Parking Guidelines

Gates will open at 8:00 am Tuesday, April 12, 2017.

RV parking is from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm through the EAST Gate. If arriving prior to11:00 pm, you must enter via the EAST Gate.

If arriving after 11:00 pm, enter through East Gate & park in the RV park until morningwhen you will be relocated.

Reservations will be accepted through pre-registration. Payment must accompany areservation in order for it to be a valid reservation.

In order to obtain a refund, cancellation must be made by 12:00 pm the day before thefirst day of the reservation.

Sites will be assigned in the order in which the reservations are received. If you want tocamp together, you must send your reservations in together.

Any spaces not reserved will be assigned to those arriving without reservations on afirst come, first-served basis.

All RV Sites are handicap accessible.

Full hook-up sites are limited & will be assigned as the reservations are received.

All sites will have water & electric hook-ups. There will be one electrical & one waterhook-up allowed per site. There will be no "piggy-backing" of utilities.

A free "Honey Wagon" service will be available on the show grounds. Honey WagonFlyer to be posted on windshield for service.

Running of generators on the Fairgrounds is prohibited except in designated area.

Once you have been parked in your site, do not move your rig. Doing so may result inyour immediate removal from the show grounds & a possible Event Committee.

There will be no changing or switching sites without permission from the ParkingCommittee Chairman.

There will be no saving spaces allowed. Any items placed in a site for this purpose willbe confiscated.

Only one vehicle will be allowed per site.

Any vehicles blocking fire lanes or entrances/exits of buildings will be towed at theowner/exhibitor's expense.

It is recommended that exhibitors bring at least 100 feet of heavy gauge electrical cord& 100 feet of water hose to ensure capability of reaching all hook-ups. Recommend 20ft of septic hose.

Follow Signage for types of parking.

Day parking will be provided for exhibitors in the north lot & behind McGill Building. Noday parking will be allowed to enter through the West Gate, RV's only for overnightcamping.

There will be no overnight camping allowed outside the fence in the Fairgrounds park-ing lot or on Fairgrounds property outside the fence.

Tampering with electrical panel boxes other than resetting circuit breakers is prohibit-ed by Georgia State law.

Early departure requiring a refund must complete a refund request form with theAgricenter Security prior to leaving the grounds.
