Florida’s pivotal role in the conflict, one that made the small town of Boca Raton the new battle front that would prove decisive in winning the war.

WAR BIRDS: DIARY OF AN UNKNOWN AVIATOR

Saturday, May 16 @ 2PMThis documentary is based on the 1926 novel by World War I aviator Elliott White Springs about the profligate lifestyle of pilots. The

book became the inspiration for movies such as The Dawn Patrol and Wings. It tells the story of three young Southerners who join

the British Royal Air Force in 1917 and become known as the Three Musketeers for their

high-spirited ways.

Professional artists working with veterans to tell their stories of war and the return home through song. This concert special

celebrates music's power to heal and bring diverse people together.

Start, brought to you by Child Start and its Head Start Program and KPTS – Channel 8. Viewers join

Child Start teachers for learning activities created for our littlest community members. The show

includes outdoor activities, songs, reading, exploring with animals,

theatre and much more.

KPTS – Channel 8 has teamed up with the

Kansas Department of Education to create shows each week that

focus on providing supplemental education for Elementary,

Middle School, and High School students throughout Kansas

during this difficult time when the coronavirus outbreak has shut

down schools for the year.

to the supplies with a Demo of the P.S. Bag used for storage, and as an easel, plus how to hold the paint set in your

personal space to never be interrupted. She creates a monotone watercolor wash with just the pen, then turns a blah photo of a building into an exciting travel sketch

in color using the pen and color.
