Week of September 8, 2009 Open Temp & Temp-to-Hire Positions: • Schedule Coordinator~ This position is in the Snellville area and will pay between $10 and $12 an hour. Looking for scheduling experience with some sort of Transportation Company. Will work with drivers and clients to coordinate the most efficient and economical routing! Immediate opening for a Temp-to-Hire situation. • Admin/Customer Service~ Doraville, GA, Temp-to-Hire, will answer very busy phones and enter orders into system. Any experience in the plumbing or construction industry is helpful for this role. Great customer service skills are needed and the ability answer very busy phones! $10/hr to $12/hr depending on experience level. • Retail Sales Reps Needed~ Alpharetta and Cumming locations, Temp-to-Hire, will pay $10 to $12 per hour plus commissions. Will work with inventory, floor sales and some back office. Seeking mature candidates that could quickly be promoted to Assistant or Store Manager. • Appointment Setter~ This position requires fast-paced medical office experience with a pay rate of $11/hr. Will be mostly phone work to confirm and schedule medical consultations with patients. Hours are Noon to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday in the Suwanee area. Temp-to-Hire • Intermodal Dispatcher~ Forest Park, GA, Temp to Hire, will dispatch for rail, steam, port and trucking. Experience working with 25+ trucks at a time for this busy role! Will pay $10/hr however once perm salary quickly increases to $30k to $40k. Candidate needs to be detailed orientated, organized, and have familiarization with tax reporting, will not handle payroll. Will require experience with Quicken and/or Peachtree. Position pays $50k and will begin to train for Controller role. • Medical Assistant with Dermatology Experience~ This is a career opportunity that will work with melanoma patients assisting with MOHS surgical procedures. 2+ years experience is preferred and this could start as soon as next week! Pay depends on education and experience in the $24k to $35k range. • Patient Care Specialist (MA, LPN, PA)~ This position is working with a prominent Breast Care Oncologist that only deals with breast cancer. This position is in the Dunwoody area and requires a high level of compassion. Will be coordinating schedules, working with patients and providing assistance to busy doctors! Experience is a must for this one! • Senior Accountant~ Atlanta, GA This position handles Accounting Functions, specifically review of accounting files and systems, special accounting projects, contracted projects, and internal discussion of accounting fixes. Coordination, review and evaluation of junior consultants and contracted projects, including training. 4-year degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Management, CPA or graduate degree preferred
