Forum has five basic rules of conduct / Il y a cinq règles de base au Forum:

Appropriate and respectful behaviour is required from students at all times; Les étudiants doivent se comporter de manière convenable et respectueuse en tout temps;

The highest level of respect will be demanded at all times during Forum. No types of harassment ‐ physical, verbal, racial, sexual or otherwise ‐ will be tolerated. Forum for Young Canadians is a stimulating experience. It is also very demanding, physically and intellectually. It requires whole‐ hearted participation and a real commitment to the program.

PARTICIPATION COSTS

Selected students are responsible for paying or raising the funds necessary to cover the costs of attending FORUM FOR YOUNG CANADIANS.

The program fee to attend Forum 2015‐2016 will be confirmed in autumn 2015. Please consult our website for details. The fee covers program costs, accommodation, meals and transportation costs.

Many bursaries are available. See our website for details.

Position Title: Accounts Receivable Clerk – Permanent Full-time Position Position Description: The Accounts Receivable (A/R) Clerk is directly responsible for performing data entry and

related duties in posting accounts receivable payments. This includes maintaining ledgers, credit balances, and resolving account irregularities.

Major Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the Controller or Director of Finance and Administration to maintain collection

goals and general A/R performance levels. • Post and reconcile customer payments to general ledgers. • Post A/R data to profit/loss reports, balance sheets, income statements, and other documentation. • Review all credit balances, refunds, and adjustments, and apply adjustments and/or corrections to

invoice records. • Ensure the strict confidentiality and privacy of financial records as they relate to the organization and

its customers. • Form collection strategies to mitigate customer objections to making timely A/R payments. • Investigate collection problems and advise customers on A/R policies and procedures. • Make arrangements for payment of outstanding and late accounts; escalate transfer to collection

agency as necessary. • A full job description is available upon request. Qualifications: • Diploma or degree in accounting is desired. • Experience in gathering data, compiling the proper information, and preparing financial reports. • Basic knowledge of accounting systems (Microsoft Dynamics), budgets, and internal controls. • Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. • Pre-employment drug test required. • Criminal Records Check required. REQUEST FOR TENDERFort William First Nation is looking for an experienced MicrosoftSystems Administrator to manage and maintain its main officeand branch office network topology.

• Candidate must have minimum 5 years’ experience managingMicrosoft Active Directory, Exchange and SQL as well aspossess recent MCSE, CCNA and A+ certification.

• The candidate will report on site once a week for a 7 hourperiod where they will address the issues affecting thecomputer network. Occasional assistance outside of theweekly site visit may be required. Candidate must haveexperience in troubleshooting end user hardware andsoftware issues.

• Other responsibilities will include server maintenance on theoffice’s business systems and servers, software updates,firmware updates, data backup testing, as well as antivirusand network security audits.

• Will be responsible for developing an organizational assetmanagement system and upgrade strategy for the ongoingreplacement cycle of workstations and servers.

• Will develop and implement additional secure remoteoffice connectivity via wireless site to site technology aswell as review and update remote access securityprocedures and policy.

• Required to be on call Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.for emergencies.
