Congratulations on your future together. What a time in your lives!We are pleased that you are considering Sarabah Estate for your Wedding Ceremony and Reception. There are several intimate ceremony venues on site, to share wedding vows from amongst the lush Vineyard to the rustic jetty. The idyllic chalet is both warm and inviting - a perfect venue for your reception. However, for a grander affair Sarabah Estate Vineyard will provide a lavish Marquee fit for a memorable reception.
The picturesque Lamington National Park sits as a backdrop to the fifty acre private property of Sarabah Estate Vineyard, a thirty-five minute drive from the Gold Coast.
We have a number of photo opportunities, and the limit here is only your imagination.
We are a family owned and operated business and are proud of our Estate. This shows in its presentation, with every attention to detail being a priority, along with the comfort of our guests.Whatever type of day you have planned I am sure we will be able to make it the best it ever could be.

1. TENTATIVE BOOKINGS/DEPOSITA tentative booking will be held for two (2) days only.A deposit of $1000 is required together with a signed Function Agreement to confirm your booking.2. CONFIRMATIONOn receipt of the deposit, your event will be confirmed in writing. All details must be finalised (30) days prior to the function.3. CANCELLATION OF FUNCTIONSWhere notification is provided in writing more than (8) months prior to the date of the function, a 50% refund of the booking deposit (i.e. $500.00) will be made. If cancellation is made less than (8) months prior to the date of the function the booking deposit is forfeited.4. A GUARANTEED FINAL NUMBERA guaranteed final number of guests attending the function is required (14) days prior to the commencement of the function. There is a minimum number of 50 adult guests for which you will be charged, whether or not they attend thefunction. A minimum bar tab of $1500.00 is charged.5. LOSS OR DAMAGES BONDA loss or damage bond of $1000.00 is payable (7) days before the function way of cash Credit card or eftpos as cheques are not accepted. This bond will be kept until 4 days after the function. Any damage or loss caused by guests will be the financial responsibility of the organiser of the function. If any damage or loss, management of Sarabah Estate will determine after the function if part or any of the bond will be returned to the function organiser. This includes, but is not limited to, property, goods, chattels, crockery, cutlery, linen and umbrellas. 6. ENTERTAINMENTThe management reserves the right to control the quality, style & volume of any entertainment booked. The Scenic Rim Council does not allow music after 12am Midnight.7. DISPLAYS AND EXHIBITSTo maintain the high standard and condition of our facility for future patrons no items are to be attached pinned or glued to the walls or timber surfaces inside or outside of the centre. No candles or naked flames are permitted anywhere within the venue and/or marquee except those lit or extinguished at the sole descression of management. You, your wedding planner, florist, decorators, photographer, and extended family are granted access between 1pm and 5pm the day before the event, for decoration purposes. The decorating of your function must be completed before 5pm the day before. After 5pm access to the function room incurs a fee of $100.00 per hour or part thereof. Collection of goods and chattels is between 10AM & 11AM the day after. Any goods not collected by this time will revert ownership & title to the venue. Alternate vendors equipment hire excluded by arrangement. Any & all external vendors coordinated by the venue claim a ten percent (10%) surcharge.8. BEFORE THE WEDDINGManagement will take all reasonable care to protect the property of its guests but accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage of merchandise or other property in the premises, prior to after or during a function. We recommend that organisers take out their own insurance.9. MENU VARIATIONS/PRICE VARIATIONSWhile every possible effort is taken to maintain menus and prices, these are subject to change at the management’s discretion up to (3) months prior to the function. NO food to be bought in other than wedding cakes.10. ALCOHOLAlcohol is not permitted to be brought onto the premises. Sarabah Estate Vineyard supports Patron Care.It is illegal to serve alcohol to (1) an intoxicated person (2) disorderly patrons (3) or patrons under 18 years of age.11. LABOUR CHARGESDuration of 7 hours for your function is included in the venue hire fee, as well as three hours of consultation time. Anyfurther consultation will be charged at $380 per hr or part thereof. Hence, a booked 7hr function is 3:30pm until 10:30pm. Please be aware that anytime the function extends past 10:30pm will be charged $380 per hr up until 12pm midnight hence $570 more. All guests must depart by 12a m. deducted from your loss and this amount will be deducted from your loss and damages bond. A public holiday surcharge of 25% will apply on gazette Public Holidays.12. ACCOUNTSOur policy requires full payment of the loss and damages bond ($1000.00), the Catering Account and the BARaccount (Tab amount) be paid before 5pm 7 days before the function ,in the form of cash, credit or bank cheque. No personal cheques will be accepted.13. FUNCTION AGREEMENT TO BE SIGNED, DEPOSIT PAID AND YOUR CHOSEN DATE IS TOTALLY YOURS!Management will take all reasonable steps to ensure the conditions of this agreement are observed, however, this establishment will not be responsible if it is unable to carry out the terms of this agreement due to circumstances beyond Its control, ie industrial action, an act of god, government intervention etc. A signed copy of this agreement is required for confirmation of booking.
