McPherson Cellars provides an enchanting and vibrant location to make your big day truly one of a kind. Our versatile space serves as the perfect backdrop for a picturesque wedding, reception, or rehearsal dinner.

Wedding Packages Include:

• Courtyard use with additional seating for 50 people• Bridal suite for set-up and duration of event• Photo reservation for engagement or bridal portraits (photographer not included)• One-hour scheduled rehearsal• Facility use for 4 hour event time (more time available at extra cost)• 4 hours set-up time and 1 hour cleanup time• McPherson staff for table and chair set-up, wine service for duration of event and general cleanup post-event.• White garden chairs, 30-inch cocktail tables, 60-inch round tables seating 8, and 6-foot rectangular tables*• *Table linens (napkins available at additional cost)• Attractive bar and glasses for wine service• Additional bar for beer service (optional, located in courtyard)• Wine barrels for decor (optional)• 15% discount on all wine purchased for event• Indoor and outdoor sound systems• Ability to use non-preferred vendors (with approval)• Security, parking, and restrooms (4)*Number based on party size

• Décor and catering• TABC approved bartender for all alcoholic beverages other

• Only McPherson Cellars wine may be served• All outside beer or spirits must be provided through cater-

ing service or our preferred vendor • Complimentary tasting for the couple and 2 guests to se-

lect wines for the event (by appointment only)

• <75 guests | $2,800• 75-150 guests | $3,650• 150-200 guests | $4,500

*50% of wedding package cost required as deposit to reserve date.
