Create detailed event timeline Finalize décor details, floral selections, etc.
Present on-site from beginning of set up, throughentire wedding event, until vendor breakdown to ensure
smooth on-time flow of events, and direct and cue all wedding day activities
Assist couple, attendants, and families – directingeverybody to the right place at appropriate times
Implement venue layout or floor plan
Manage vendors; ensure arrival and contractedservices are fulfilled
Set out basic items such as guest book, programs,escort cards, table numbers, champagne flutes,
cake knife + server, etc. Pack up and deliver all personal items to the couple
after the reception Provide troubleshooting + situation-solving; handle
any problems that may arise and provide a stress-freeday for the couple, and their families + friends!
