TRANSCRIPT
1. COPYRIGHT: VIDEOGRAPHERS retain the right to use footage for commercial, competitive, and creative advertising use.
2. LIABILITY: CLIENT provides permission and assumes all liability for parties involved in the video session, notably any damages done to VIDEOGRAPHERS' equipment or gear by CLIENT or parties present.
3. DEPOSIT: CLIENT must pay a 50% non-refundable deposit: as booking is done in advance, VIDEOGRAPHERS pass on all potential work upon reserving date for contract.4. FINAL PAY: CLIENT must pay remaining 50% balance prior to day of Contract: this ensures all business
matters are completed so ALL focus is on day of memories.
5. LIMITATIONS: Certain venues place restrictions on where VIDEOGRAPHERS can record from (e.g. on wings or center aisle back); Unforeseen Technical errors may occur with camera or audio, while VIDEOGRAPHERS will have back-up options on hand, CLIENT must accept limitations.
6. ATTENDANCE: In the unforeseen event (e.g. health, family issues, travel) that VIDEOGRAPHERS cannotattend, an attempt to have a replacement will be made;If CLIENT cancels or postpones, they must notify VIDEOGRAPHER; Deposit non-refundable.
7. DELIVERY: RAW Files (1080 HD) within 2 weeks by Google Drive; Final Product (FILM) 2 weeks to a month.
