General Event Information

We are pleased to offer a wide selection of

accommodation options for your wedding guests and

an opportunity to earn complimentary nights. We will

offer one complimentary room night reservation for

every forty nights you and your guests book under

your custom group wedding code. Your free night

may be used during your wedding August 15 - May

15 or for a future stay, if your wedding is held May

16 - August 14. Any earned complimentary nights will

be added two weeks prior to your wedding date. For

future stays, you will receive a complimentary vacation

certifi cate for a one bedroom beach condo located in

Northwest Florida. Certain restrictions and blackout

dates apply and must be used within one year of

issue date.

We require a minimum of fi ve room reservations to

book an event at our resorts (Island Echos excluded).

Discounts may be offered for

Monday-Friday events and winter weddings.

Our wedding friendly resort venues have beach

service chairs and umbrellas set up on the beach

March - October. The beach service is removed

starting at 5pm. To allow for a Gulf front beach

ceremony view, setup may begin after 4pm. Please

note that the general public access cannot be

restricted on the beach. Event venue rental fees are

due within two weeks of booking.

ResortQuest allows you to hire the vendors of your

choice; we do not have exclusive agreements with

any vendors.

The Pointe

This brand new boutique style resort is the hottest new wedding venue located along popular 30A! The Rooftop Sanctuary overlooking Rosemary Beach creates the perfect amount of privacy for a ceremony or reception under the stars. The Green, a pristine lawn area adjacent to the stylish pool is a blank slate for you to design your ceremony or reception. Situated within walking distance to Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, this resort is directly across the street from shops and restaurants at 30Avenue, and a short bike or tram ride to the beach.

Accommodations include stainless steel appliances and modern, designer furnishings. Additional resort features include an ex-pansive 61,000+ gallon resort-style pool with a hot tub, fi re pit,

Wedding & Event InformationTo book your wedding at The Pointe a minimum number of room rentals is required based on the following scale:

• Under 50 guests – 5 rooms required

• 51-75 guests – 8 rooms required
