Hey There!

Congratulations on your upcoming wedding! Words cannot express how excited I am that you decided to check out what we have to offer. This guide exists to answer questions you may have about

boutique planning and the TME approach to wedding planning and event styling.

The very best way for us to get to know each other is to schedule a Meet & Greet. These are always

complimentary, and take place over the phone, or on Google Hangout or FaceTime. Meet & Greets take about 25-35 minutes, and set us up for optimal success when working together.

If you’re sure you want a planner, and you’re pretty sure we’re the team for you, we can move forward with scheduling an Initial Consultation. This meeting takes about 2 hours, and we’ll meet at your venue,

or in your home. We’ll sit down and go through your wedding plans from top to bottom, covering every detail we have encountered. There is a $125 fee for this meeting which is credited to your retainer

payment when you become a TME client.

Working with This Moment Events

Imagine, if you will, your wedding day. Incredible, amazing, so much fun...

Our goal is to offer you the ultimate in wedding planning experiences. It is designed for those couples who want to create a remarkable and soul-filled celebration experience for their friends and families. These couples want the expertise and creativity that a professional planner can provide. This service suite is so comprehensive- we are with you every step of the way. You will be expertly matched with our favorite professionals that match your style and budget to create a dream team that will see your wedding through from concept to completion. We help you get to the soul of your wedding and discover how you want to communicate your story. We will work together to develop a one-of-a-kind experience for your guests, using our whole bag of tricks- florals and incredible decor, beautiful custom stationery, dramatic lighting and draping, delicious menu design, and so much more! We’ll then combine that with our top notch logistical skills to create a magnificent wedding weekend experience you’ll remember for a lifetime and your guests won’t soon forget.

Services

• Complete event and guest experience design, coordination and styling, from concept development and team acquisition through execution -including stationery and paper goods, tablescapes, centerpieces, backdrops, lighting, florals, rental management, menu design, entertainment, and event enhancements.

• Budget development and management

• Wedding weekend activity planning and development .• Guest management - invitation and RSVP management.• Out of Town Guest management including hotel block set up and management.• Out of Town welcome bags sourcing, set up and delivery.• Welcome/Rehearsal dinner and morning after brunch planning.

Our vow to you:We promise to create a celebration that is full of soul and sparkle, and

that fully reflects you and your love story.

Our services are provided for a 10% production fee on the overall cost of the event, plus a design fee and event management fee.

Our fees includes the planning services of your lead planner/stylist, plus an associate planner and any required day of staff.

Final service suite pricing is determined based on the specific details of your wedding.

What is Authentic Wedding Planning, Anyway?Authentic wedding planning is something that is very dear to my heart. It’s all about being true to yourself through your planning process- standing firm in your decisions, and making choices because it’s what YOU really want to do. Planning a wedding can be incredibly overwhelming. Every other day there’s a new hot trend or must-have item or feature posted all over the internet. The world of wedding blogs and Pinterest makes it really easy to lose sight of the point of planning a wedding in the first place! It is so easy to get caught up in the comparison game and to forget that the little stuff is just gravy. Fun gravy, pretty gravy, totally awesome gravy, but it’s still just extras. You, your fiance and LOVE you share are the important parts. I’m here to help take the overwhelm out of the details, to let you focus on your story and why you’re getting married in the first place, and to encourage you to have the wedding YOU’VE always wanted - not the one your mom wants, or the one your sister had, or the one your future mother-in-law never had. Bonus: I help you explain WHY you want what you want, and boost your confidence so you don’t back down. It’s your wedding. Do it your way!

The Story behind Soul and SparkleThe reason behind any event is what makes my job so incredible. It’s the light behind the eyes of the groom when he sees his bride walking down the aisle. It’s the joy in a father’s smile whens he dances with his daughter on her wedding day. It’s the elation expressed in the embrace of friends you haven’t seen in years. The soul of all of our celebrations is LOVE. Love is what binds this whole world together. The sparkle is the fun part. It comes from knowing that the details are all taken care of.
