GARDEN CHAPEL

An indoor wedding venue nestled on the highest hilltop of garden grounds. The Garden Chapel combines the privacy and comfort of an indoor location with the look and feel of the Flamingo Hotel. A beautiful, arched chapel ceiling branches into a spectacular star-shape with a stunning glass chandelier marking the center. The Garden Chapel offers pew-style seating for up to 60 guests.

CHAPEL FALLS

Chapel Falls showcases a beautiful backdrop to bring elegance to your wedding. This intimate setting is for small groups of 10 or fewer with no seating and no surcharges. So quiet and secluded, all you’ll feel is love.

CRESCENDO POOL

Our most dramatic wedding location, the Crescendo Pool provides a setting no guest will forget. The bride enters from beneath a waterfall and proceeds out to a peninsula where the groom and guests wait for her arrival. The ceremony takes placed facing the 15-foot waterfall. Location is available seasonally and seats up to 80 guests.

GAZEBO CHAPEL

Twelve foot trees and white-trellised archways create a secluded environment, perfect for an enchanting, private celebration. A carpeted aisle leads the way to the groom under an ivy covered gazebo adorned with silk and fresh flowers. The Gazebo Chapel seats up to 100 guests.

PARADISE FALLS

Our most intimate wedding location. The soothing sound of the waterfall and lush green gardens offer a setting that is romantic and serene. This location hosts up to 10 guests.

THE WEST LAWN

Surrounded by a variety of trees, lush greenery and fresh flowers, the West Lawn is the place to be married for those who envision a location of distinction. A lovely, white gazebo is the centerpiece of this perfect backdrop for your special day. The West Lawn seats up to 150 guests, however, larger parties can be accommodatedfor an additional fee.

CONTRACTSPlease review your confirmation letters and contracts very carefully to ensure they accurately reflect your needs and wants. If you have any questions, please call us as we want to make your wedding day perfect.

DEPOSITSFlamingo Las Vegas requires a 50% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit at the time of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to your ceremony date. You may use cash, credit card, cashier’s check, money order or personal check.

SCHEDULING CHANGESThe date or time of the wedding may be changed once for a fee of 150, provided the request is made at least 30 days before the scheduled ceremony.

CANCELLATIONSDeposits are non-refundable. Forfeiture of full payment occurs when cancellations are given with less than 30 days notice.

OUTSIDE VENDORSA fee of $150 per vendor will be assessed whenever vendors other than those contracted by Flamingo Las Vegas are brought in to provide services and/or products. Outside vendors include the minister, photography, videography, music and floral

INCLEMENT WEATHERIn the event of inclement weather, outdoor weddings will be moved to an alternate indoor location at the nearest available time.

PROMPTNESSThe bride and her attendants should arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony in the Garden Chapel building or as directed by your wedding coordinator. The groom and wedding quests should arrive at the ceremony location 15 minutes prior to the ceremony. In the event that your wedding party arrives late, we may reschedule your ceremony at the next available time for a $300 fee.

MINISTERSMinisters at the Garden Chapel come from a variety of backgrounds and faiths. The minister’s fee is a minimum of $75 and is payable in cash on your wedding day. If you choose to write your own ceremony or reserve a specific minister, a minimum charge of $150 is assessed.

MARRIAGE LICENSESYou must obtain a marriage license from Clark County, Nevada prior to your wedding ceremony. Out-of-state marriage licenses are not accepted. For renewal ceremonies, the minister will need a copy of the original marriage license.

Fees must be paid in cash and a valid photo ID is required.

There is no waiting period; blood tests and appointments are not required.

If you have been previously married, you will be asked to provide the country, state, and year in which your divorce was finalized.
