    The Ceremony set up fee is 550 and includes table and chairs for bride and groom, selection of chairs for invitees and red carpet.

    For events held at the Beach Club Terrace or on the Sand, a set up charge of 20 per person will apply (subject to invitees number).

    For events planned on the beach's sand a special license is required and an additional cost will apply (as from 1.000).

    All the events on the Sand and Beach Club should start as from 8:30pm.

    Buffet and BBQ Options

    Buffet and BBQ options are also available for a minimum of 50 guests.

    Sangria

    o Supplement for white and red sangria during cocktail - 5 per person.

    o Supplement for white and red sangria during dinner- 9 per person.

    Additional Services Falsia Beach

  • Cocktail

    Menu Tasting Food tasting should be coordinated one month prior to the event. Only available for set menus and for a maximum of 4 people.

    Children Children up to 12 years old benefit from a 50% discount. Children up to 3 years old benefit form complimentary meals.

    Music Policies Per hotel policy it is allowed to play music until: o Aldar Moroccan Lounge - 2:00 am

    o Beach Events - 3:00 am o Pavilion, Indoor Ballrooms and Pinhal Room - 11:00 pm

    o Gardens al fresco events - 10:30 pm

    Outside Catering/Food For health and safety reasons, no food supply other than the one provided by the hotel is allowed.

    Employees Conditions For each event, the Sheraton Algarve hotel will provide a sufficient amount of employees working for each venue; however, duty shift finishes at 24:00H and as from 24:00H onwards, an extra charge of 20 will be applied per associate, per hour.

    Payment Conditions o To guarantee the venue, a 1.500 deposit is required (not refundable

    in case the event is cancelled by the client).

    o 30% of the total package - 90 days prior to the event

    o 50% of the total package - 60 days prior to the event

    o Remain - 15 days prior to the event

    If the payment is not received according to the above schedule, the Sheraton Algarve Hotel reserves the right to open the venue and date for new events.
