Do you sell bridesmaid dresses and/or formal wear? Yes, we have a wide range of evening gowns that are perfect for bridesmaid dresses, mother-of- the-bride/groom dresses, and any formal event (e.g., prom dresses). Can a client purchase a sample dress from the store ("off the rack")? Yes, if a client's wedding date does not allot enough time for an order to be placed, a sample dress may be purchased from our store. Can a client order a dress from your store if they tried on the sample gown elsewhere? Yes, absolutely. How long does it take to order in a gown? On average, a bridal gown can take six to eight months to arrive at our store. Bridesmaid dresses and formal wear usually arrive anywhere within four to six months of purchase. Rush orders can be placed depending on a client's wedding/event timeline or a client may purchase a dress directly from our store. What happens once I place my order for a dress? The waiting game begins! On average, a wedding dress will take 6-8 months to arrive and evening gowns will take 4-6 months. Once your dress has arrived at our store, we will call you to book your first fitting appointment. During this fitting, we'll pin your dress for necessary alterations. We ask that brides bring their wedding shoes with them to the first fitting to account for length adjustments. Following the first fitting, a second fitting appointment will often be scheduled closer to your wedding date to determine if any further changes are required. After that, your dress will be wrapped up and ready to go!

Did you move locations, again? Yes! Bridal Fashion Fraire was located at 161 Spadina Ave. until 2009 and 123 Spadina Ave. until January, 2015. We have since moved to 8108 Yonge Street in Thornhill. We are an easy 5 to 10-minute drive from all major GTA locations, including Richmond Hill core, Vaughan core, and North York (Yonge & Finch).

How do I get to your store by transit? From Finch Station (the top station on Line 1 YUS), take either the 98/99 Northbound YRT bus to Bay Thorn Drive (we are across the street), or hop on the Viva Blue or Pink bus until you reach Royal Orchard Boulevard (our store is a 5-minute walk north from there). Note that there are no streetlights at Bay Thorn Drive (should you take the YRT bus). Please cross safely. Click here for a handy Google Maps link with directions.

Do you rent dresses? No. At this time, BFF does not rent dresses.

Do you sell shoes? No, unfortunately BFF does not carry shoes. However, we are located close to several malls and boutique stores where you may find many options.
