Every love story usually starts out the same, boy and girl meet, they fall in love and get
married. It’s that middle part though, the part about how they fell in love that is always different.
The beginning of the story and the end might be the same but the journey that you take to your
wedding day is the what really makes it a love story.
Just like your story is different than anyone else’s so is your wedding. It’s going to have a
beginning a middle and an end but it’s the parts all in between that will make it different. It’s your
love that you can not be replicated by anyone and that’s the part that I love to photograph most.
Yes the details are fun and amazing to look at, but the way he looks into your eyes and the smile
that lights up your face when you look at him, that’s what your wedding day story is made of.
Although every wedding is different I approach every single one with the same care and
passion. I look for those unique opportunities and special little quirks that will help set your day
apart and help make it one of the most cherished days of your life. I help you from the beginning
of planning with timeline organization all the way through the sparkler exit.
As an established photographer of over 5 years, I make it my goal to make your wedding day as
stressless and joyful as possible. I look forward to telling your special story and giving you the
opportunity to share it for years to come.

Engagement sessions are the perfect time for us to get to know each other better. I get to watch and
see how you two interact as a couple and you get a better understanding of how I work and what to
expect for the wedding day! Plus it’s a great opportunity to get some professional photos of the two
of you that aren’t of you in your wedding attire!
Sessions are typical around 1 to 1.5 hours long. I do not like to limit the locations we go to or the out-
fits you wear. This session is about the two of you and capturing you in a more natural environment.
I also do not limit the amount of photos I take, it can range from 60 to 100 images. You will receive
the final edited images approximately 3-4 weeks after your session. You also will have printing rights
to print or use your images for your personal needs. And yes, you can post them to facebook too.

Wether you have been planning for only a few months or well over a year your wedding day
seems like it will never be here! Throughout these months of planning I am also getting prepped
by practicing, researching and getting inspired to help bring you some amazing photographs.
A memorable wedding day doesn’t just happen, it’s a carefully planned and coordinated day. I
ike to help you create your wedding day timeline, that way I can be sure that we have allotted
enough time for the getting ready, family, wedding party and your photographs.
I want you to enjoy your special day with family and friends, not rushing from place to place
spending the whole time taking pictures. This day isn’t just about the pictures, those will happen,
it’s about creating memories and a life together.
I work with you to help create the look and vision that you have dreamt of for your wedding day.
I’m not talking about picking out linens and flowers, I’m talking about the look, the feelings, the
style that you both are looking for in your wedding photography. I have a style that I shoot in but
the couple it’s self really helps to determine what type of emotion your photos project. If you are
a fun and goofy couple, then let’s capture that, if you are more serious and reserved we can do
that too. I do not try and make you look like something you aren’t, the day is about capturing you
as a couple and your love for each other. This is special and different with every person.

Images are professionally printed on high quality paper. Each image is edited for
brightness, color, contrast, white balance and minor photoshoping. Extra photoshop work is done
at an additional cost of $50 an hour. All prints 8x10 and larger are printed on a thick styrene
backing to keep the print looking great for many years. Other sizes are also available upon
request.

Canvas wraps are printed on gorgeous canvas paper. The frame is 1.5” thick with an open back
and wire for easy hanging. Order a single wrap or make a collage.
PHOTOGRAPHY ASSISTANT $400
So you want to have one more set of eyes (or lenses) to help capture your wedding day. Then
adding a photography assistant is just what you need. Another professional photographer will
assist me every step of the way. From getting ready to the bouquet toss, they are there taking
pictures for the duration of the day. All of the images from the assistant will go through the same
editing process as my images.

Genevieve McKeiver Photography doesn’t just offer an album that stores your
pictures, we offer a place where family, tradition, and love can be forever preserved.
Each 2mm thick page that lies within your high-end leather album is custom designed by
Genevieve to feature your wedding with a timeless simplicity and beauty. Every custom album
offered is of exquisite quality, premium leathers and is available with multiple cover options.
20 page 12x12 flush albums start at $850
10 page 8x8 parent album start at $250

How do I book you for my wedding?First you need to tell me right away! I book up pretty fast so letting me know as soon as possible will secure your wedding date. A 40% non-refundable retainer and a signed contract are required to reserve your date.
Do you bring along a 2nd shooter or do you work by yourself?My collections include just me for up to 9 hours of coverage. I But if you would like another pho-tographer there, than you can add an assistant to your package for an additional $400 for the day.
How many pictures do you take and how many can I expect to get back?I take anywhere from 1500-2500 images on a typical wedding day. I don’t limit the amount of images I take, I find that to be impossible! From those images I narrow them down to 500-800 of the best images from the day. I edit those images and the proofs are delivered to you in your private online viewing gallery within 8-10 weeks after your wedding date.
Are the final proofs on the USB drive in high resolution and can I print them myself?Yes all of the images from the engagement session and wedding are high resolution. I also include a printing right release so you can go to one of my recommended photo labs to get the best prints possible! But don’t forget that every package includes a print credit, so be sure to use it for printing those large format pictures.
We don’t really want an engagement session, do we have to do one?I LOVE engagement sessions, I believe that they help each of us to get to know each other better. That is why I offer them as complimentary in my collections. It gives you a little glimpse of what to expect on your wedding day and it helps me to know how you both interact with each other. I typically schedule the session a few months before your wedding and I like to do them at a different location than where your wedding pictures will be. I do travel for engagement sessions and there is an additional fee for traveling outside of Greater Grand Rapids.
Do you travel for weddings?YES!! Yes I travel for weddings. Whether you are getting married in Northern Michigan or down in the Caribbean, I love exploring new places and seeing new things. I am available for travel all over Michigan and the US. Travel farther than 60 miles from my house includes travel fees of $0.55 a mile roundtrip and hotel stay if applicable.

DETAILS AND FINE PRINT
All prices and packages are subject to change without notice. Print prices are good for 12 months after the wedding date, after that, current prices apply. Albums must be made within one year of
receiving your images. Clients are responsible for scheduling their own engagement sessions and ordering of their images.
A photography assistant is a mandatory add on if there is less than 1.5 hours between the ceremony and reception and the bride and groom are not seeing each other before the ceremony. Exceptions
are at the discretion of Genevieve McKeiver Photography.
The engagement session cannot be substituted for any other product or service unless agreed upon by Genevieve McKeiver Photography. A non-refundable retainer of 40% of your total package price and a signed contract is required to hold your date. The remainder of the balance is due four weeks prior to your wedding date. All packages are subject to 6% MI sales tax (even destination weddings).
