    Events are booked for a five (5) hour block of time. An additional 30 minutes is allowed for the Ceremony in either the Madbury Room or Gardens.

    Madbury & Orchards Rooms (Events 45 guests or more)

    Sunday ~ Friday $1,000.00 Saturday until 4:00PM $1,200.00 Saturday after 4:00PM $1,500.00

    Orchards Room Madbury Room

    (Events up to 35 guests) (Events less than 45 Guests)

    Sunday ~ Friday $300.00 Sunday ~ Friday $700.00 Saturday until 4:00PM $350.00 Saturday until 4:00PM $850.00 Saturday after 4:00PM $500.00 Saturday after 4:00PM $1,000.00

    Garden & Indoor Ceremonies

    (Includes Justice of the Peace & Wedding Coordinator)

    Lower Garden (110 people) $750.00 Side Garden (200 people) $750.00 *Terrace (180 people) $500.00

    *Provides limited seating

    Both Garden & Terrace $1,000.00 Indoor Ceremony Fee $500.00

    Groups over 140 people can be accommodated by utilizing the ffrost Sawyer Tavern. Our formal dining rooms, as well as the entire Inn, are available for your event.

    Please inquire about rental fees.

    Prices do not include 9% NH Rooms and Meals Tax.

    Event Facilities Fees include the following:

     Set-up and Breakdown of Tables and Chairs

     Bar Set-up and Breakdown

     Chiavari Chairs (100 included)

     Table Linens and Napkins (Choice of color)

     Glass Hurricanes and/or Votives with Candles

     Table Numbers & Stands

     Gift Card Box

     Champagne Toasting Glasses

     Cake Knife and Server

     Satellite Radio in Function Rooms and on the Terrace

    Wedding Ceremony Garden & Indoor Fees include the following:

    Choice of Upper or Lower Garden for ceremony, Justice of the Peace, Custom Vows, Wedding Coordinator, Rehearsal, White Ceremony Chairs (Garden Only), Shepherds hooks

    and access to both gardens for photo opportunity.

    Additional fees may include:

    Cocktail Service $30.00/hour per server Bartender Service $20.00/hour per bartender Chiavari Chairs $10.00/chair* if more than 100 are needed Ceremony Chairs $ 3.00/chair* if more than 130 are needed

    Guarantees and Minimums Food and beverage service is required with all function room rentals.

    A Food and Beverage minimum of $5,000 (not including tax and service charge) applies to all Saturday events in the Madbury Room.

    Food and Beverage minimum of $3,000 (not including tax and service charge) applies to all Friday night events in the Madbury Room.

    In addition, a minimum guarantee of 75 people is required for Saturday events in the Madbury Room through October, unless otherwise stated.

    *Approximate Charge. Chivari Chair Rental Fee may vary depending on availability. Prices do not include 9% NH Rooms and Meals Tax.
