➢ C-Note Generation: A document where income part of the trip is captured. The C-Note generation is inclusive of freight charges and all other charges. It includes all crucial details of the consignment, consignee and consigner.

➢ Trip Sheet: A document that captures the expense part of the trip. Trip Sheet will be created for all movements of loose cargo or container. It covers all crucial information of driver, vehicle & route. Can be created for own/attached/market vehicle.

➢ Trip Sheet Update: Our Container Movement software lets you update Trip Sheet details, vehicle journey details, driver advance details and all other relevant trip expenses, all till the time the Trip Sheet is not closed.

➢ Trip Closure: A trip may end in two steps - Operational Closure and Financial Closure. This lets you capture all details which include kilometers travelled, fuel used, vehicles used, goods delivered & expenses incurred.

➢ Driver Settlement: Handles driver settlement against the advance given to driver for en-route expenses and fuel expenses paid by the driver with reimbursement or recovery.
