DRESSING ROOMS: Provide (1) Large climate controlled(air conditioning a must in summer, heat in winter) dressing room. 2 if traveling with background singers(1 large room for men 1 small room for ladies) • Room should have adequate seating/dining for 6-12 people(determined by band size) (Chairs/ Couches and Tables) • Adjoining PRIVATE Bathroom. • Full Length Mirror and well lit dressing area • Hand Towels, Cups for drinking (Hot/Cold), Plastic Eating Utensils • Coffee, Coffee Maker and Pot with appropriate Filters and set up (Milk, Splenda, Sugar) • Tea bags, hot water, sugar and honey THIS ROOM WILL REMAIN PRIVATE AND USED SOLELY FOR ARTIST/BAND LOCKABLE AND KEY TO BE GIVEN TO THE BAND MANAGER UPON ARRIVAL REQUESTED IN DRESSING ROOMS: 2 cases of Bottled Water & Assorted soft drinks or sports drinks(Coke/Pepsi/Gatorade/Powerade) 1 Tray Assorted Fruit and/or Veggie or Cheese/Meat/Veggie, Snack size bags of chips, power or granola bars MEALS – BREAKFAST / LUNCH / DINNER The Meals will be determined upon advance, the following is needed for each : Hot Meals(1 for each band member) served in a sit down “Family Style” Fashion. Meals should include at least: Meat w Side(potato, rice, pasta salad) or Pasta( chicken alfredo pasta, pasta w meatball or meatsauce) Veggie or salad Bread/ Dinner Rolls Dessert A CASH MEAL BUYOUT MAY BE SUBSTITUTED AT $20 (TWENTY DOLLARS) PER

PERSON PER MEAL Food arrangements shall be set up with Band Manager when show is advanced INITIAL_______ HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS ___ (_____) DOUBLE HOTEL ROOMS AND ___(____)1 SINGLE KING ROOM ALL ROOMS NON-SMOKING Hotels must be of a nationally recognized chain at least a Two Star Rating. Hotels with included hot breakfast preferred. For Example: Double Tree, Hilton, Marriott Courtyard, Holiday Inn, Hampton Inn, Embassy Suites. Holiday Inn Express or Hampton Inn Preferred • These rooms are to be booked at minimum of two weeks prior to performance. • All Rooms are to be booked under the name Gabriel Bello. • Hotel confirmation numbers to be sent to Band Manager upon booking • Should be with in close proximity of venue (10 miles maximum distance) • If all rooms are not needed, they will be cancelled by tour manager before fees apply VENUE PARKING: A space shall be reserved at least 2 hours upon scheduled arrival time and remain available until departure. • Any Parking Fees that may apply for entire stay shall be paid by Buyer/Promoter • This space should be within a 60 foot distance to the Stage & able to accomodate 15 passenger van with trailer

TRANSPORTATION: If flying in a Qualified Sober Driver and Vehicle is requested to be available throughout the stay in order to transport band or rental of vehicle(paid by Buyer/Promoter). Size of vehicle(s) to accommodate band to be determined on amount of members traveling.

SECURITY: Security Persons must be Sober, Alert and Qualified at the Stage BEFORE-DURING-AFTER Performance • Noticeable security must be present immediately following the performance to escort the band to either the backstage area or to the merchandise area. • Security personnel must keep anyone not associated with the show off the stage at ALL times.

TICKETS: Tickets shall be reserved for Artist Guests depending on location and show • Backstage Passes will be issued by Tour Manager to accompany Tickets if needed THESE REQUESTS ARE MADE TO HELP MAKE THAT PERFORMANCE POSSIBLE.
