Do I need to understand Ohm’s Law?

No - but you should understand that both a battery and LED have a voltage that must be complementary. Or that you can use resistors to reduce current.

Don’t connect a single 2.4V LED directly to a 9V battery - or do it and see what happens.

Multimeters are a great way to test voltage, current and resistance.

5. Detailed instructions to follow as they begin their project

6. Have an extra staff member if possibly...one who can sew!
