• Enhance contact info with links • Ditch the objective statement, it’s old school…• Instead use a summary section

– Read the job description thoroughly – Include key projects, achievements, # years experience– Highlight YOUR skills as desired in the job description– Use key words

3. Professional Experience• Include all dates of employment, even if there are gaps in

employment • Include your past 3 jobs or at least last 5 years of employment

on your resume• Key #s and $s are important when describing your experience• Be selective. Focus on what makes YOU stand out
