Voter Registration Complete the enclosed Florida Voter Registration Application and return it in the postage paid envelope; OR Visit our website at www.VoteNassau.com and click Register to Vote. Once you are registered: You will receive a Voter Information Card that provides your precinct number and polling place, as well as other information. If you do not receive your card within 30 days, contact our office. Political Party Affiliation One decision for you to make when you register is your party affiliation – if any. Before selecting your party affiliation, it is important to understand that Florida has closed primary elections. On our website under the For Voters menu, click Voter Guides & Info, then click Understanding Florida Elections. For a list of registered Florida political parties, visit our website. Under the For Voters menu, click Voter Registration, then click Political Parties. If you do not wish to be affiliated with a party, select No party affiliation on the Florida Voter Registration Application. Keep Your Information Current Once you are registered, it’s important to keep your voter registration record up-to-date. If you are attending college, enlisting in the military, moving to a new home, or need to update any of the information in your voter record – we want to make it as convenient as possible for you! Address Changes May be made by: Phone: Only the voter may change their address over the phone. E-mail: You must provide your date of birth. In Person: At our office location or any voter registration agency (a complete list can be found on our website). Mail: By a signed, written notice containing your date of birth. Online Address Change Form: Available on our website. Voter Registration Application: The completed application may be mailed or delivered to our office, or to any voter registration agency where it will be forwarded to the appropriate Supervisor of Elections’ Office.
