We want YOU at the 8 th Annual Eco Fair in San Angelo October 11, 2014! ECO FAIR FAMILY DAY RESERVATION FORM Festival Description The 8 th Annual Eco Fair Family Day will be held on the beautiful grounds of the San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts along the banks of the Concho River. The location is situated on the Paseo, directly adjacent to the Museum, and next to the city’s outdoor amphitheatre. The focus of the event is to encourage the community to come and learn about improving our natural environment through fun activities, educational and vendor booths, musical performances, and presentations. Admission is free and last year we had over 6,500 visitors in attendance. Festival Location Grounds surrounding the San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts, One Love Street, in San Angelo, Texas Festival Date and Time Saturday, October 11, 2014 10 am – 3 pm Reservation Timeline Deadline for submission of application and fee……..September 8, 2014 Confirmation and contract sent………………………. September 16, 2014 We are looking for quality exhibitors. We prefer that you have some sort of demonstration or activity to better engage the attendees. Booth Fees 10 X 10 or 10 X 20 booth spaces are available. Since this is a oneday event, we have priced our booth fees at a modest $50 for a 10 X 10 space or $100 for a 10 X 20 space. Registration/Setup Registration and setup will take place at 8 am on Saturday, October 11, 2014. Booth assignments will be given at the time of checkin.
