Requirements and Optional Items
Required:• HOBOware Software ( free or Pro versions)
• Optic USB Base Station or HOBO Waterproof Shuttle (HOBO Pendant can also be used with Pendant Base Station)
The base station or shuttle is your connection to the computer to start your logger: pick up the date and time, the logging interval, start now or delayed start and read out your data.
Optional:• Housing (Slotted PVC)
• Rubber Caps and Protective Boots – for harsh environments

13
• Works with all HOBO Optic-USB loggers
• Easy to use - one button push offloads and re-launches a logger
• Waterproof to 20m – can offload loggers directly as they are pulled from the water … or even underwater!
• A year or more from a 2 AA batteries (user replaceable)
• Offloads up to 63 loggers at a time
• Can also be used as a base station
