1. Roll call.

Commissioners present: Chairman Barber, Commissioners Jones, Scott, Skinner

and Washington.

Commissioners absent: Commissioners Archuleta, Chance and Schohr.

Vacancy: Landowner served by surface water.

2. Approval of minutes for the October 5, 2016 meeting.

Motion by Commissioner Jones, second by Commissioner Scott to approve the

minutes as presented. Motion carried 5-0 with no abstention.

3. Election of Chair and Vice Chair for 2017.

Motion by Commissioner Washington to elect David Skinner as Chair of the

Butte County Water Commission for 2017, seconded by Commissioner Scott.

Motion passed 5-0 with no abstention.

Motion by Chair Barber to elect DC Jones as Vice-Chair of the Butte County

Water Commission for 2017, seconded by Commissioner Scott. Motion carried

5-0 with no abstention.

4. Public members wishing to address the Commission on items not listed on the

agenda.

None.

5. Presentation by Debbie Spangler of DWR Northern Region on the Department of

Water Resources’ Fall Groundwater Level Monitoring and Change Maps.

Information only, no action.
