    Process

    1. Mix the sodium carbonate (dhobi soda), sodium silicate, CMC with each other.

  • 2. Add the small quantity of sulfonic in it gradually.

    3. Glove should be wear if you want to make it manually.

    4. After neutralizing the sulfonic acid acid add the yellow color, sodium bi carbonate.

    5. In end mix the water and keep the mixture for 10 mints.

    6. Spread the mixture on the floor for drying

    7. After drying about 3 to 4 hours.

    8. Filter through iron filter.

    9. Pack it after complete dry.

    Sulfonic acid 500 g

    Shampoo base white 500 g

    Soda ash 2.25 kg

    Nensa powder(blue) 150 g

    STPP(Pale yellow) 150g

    Process

    1. Mix all the contents in the pot manually.

    2. The reaction is very exothermic (hot) for 10 mints.

    3. After dying it pack with own brand name.

    INDUSTRIAL WASHING POWDER

    Sulfonic acid 12.00 kg

    Sodium tri polyphosphate(STP,STPP) 5.00 kg

    Soda ash 77.00 kg

    Sodium meta silicate 5.00 kg

    Pine oil 1.00 kg

    Process

    1. All three contents Sodium silicate ,STP ,and soda ash mix in the mixture machine.

    2. Continuously add the little quantity of sulfonic acid in the machine.

    3. After running the machine for 15 mints add the pine and perfume in the mixture.

    4. Run the machine for 2 mints.

  • 5. Speed the all compounds on the floor.

    6. Dry for overnight.

    7. Filter through the iron filter.

    8. Pack it with after grinding.

    3. The process is same all the soap based formula which is given in the soap based cheap formula.

    Process

    1. Sunlight soap chips put on fire and melt these chips in the iron pot.

    2. Add the half quantity of soda ash in the melted soap.

    3. A homogenous mixture become adds the remaining soda in it.

    4. In the end add the fats soap in it.

    5. Synthesize well all the mixture.

    6. Put all the liquid on the floor and dry for overnight.

    7. Next day grind the mixture into fine powder

    Floor Cleaning

    Process

    1. Dissolve the acid in water

  • 2. Mix the soda ash in the solution

    3. Add the Nensa powder and marble powder in the mix.

    4. In the end mix the Lisapol.

    5. The powder is very effective for cleaning the pot and chips and

    marble floor.

    Liquid Detergents Formula.1

    Process

    1. 10 KG Urea powder mix with caustic soda along with 20kg sulfonic acid.

    2. All three contents mix with half quantity of given water.

    3. When all contents mix well then mix remaining water into it.

    4. Check the PH (8.00 to9.00)after cooling

    5. Pack it.

    Applications use for washing clothes.

    Liquid Bluing

    Methylene violet 60.00 grams

    Methylene blue 30.00 grams

    Distilled water 2.0 liter

    Process

    Dissolve the both colors in the water.

    To increase the thickness add the Lisapol or TEA or sodium sulfate(10.00 grams) in the solution.

    Process

    1. Dissolve the methylene blue in the water.

    2. Mix the Starch(Ararote) in the solution

    3. Dry in the shade.

    4. After drying grinds it well.

    5. Filter it through iron filter.

    6. Fine quality bluing has been prepared

    Process

    1. Dissolve both colors in the water

    2. Dissolve the lisapol in the other water.

  • 3. Very next morning filter the color solution and add in the lispol solution.

    4. Add the starch in the mixture.

    5. A thick paste become after adding the starch.

    6. After drying grind it filter though iron filter
