Walking a Spiritual Pathway (Great class to start the semester!)- Cut out shapes of different gems on coloured paper, write a virtue on each gem, hide this in the

garden or around the room. ( You can use the shapes below or just draw and cut some diamond

shapes yourself)

- Discuss the purpose of Bahá’í Classes, that we (men, women, youth, children) are all walking the

spiritual pathway. As we walk the path, we serve & help each other and gain spiritual qualities as

well.

- Children ‘walk’ on the path of their spiritual journey. They go outside and walk the path, find thehidden gems. (Important to tell children that on their path they will meet many people and can

grow spiritually if they help each other. Share the gems.)

- Sitting in the circle, children will share the gems they collected and what other gems they can

find within themselves.

- They paste gems on the worksheet and colour the picture
