1) Names in bold print are the pre-colored Satin Ice fondant colors. 2) Mixing amounts (”Parts”) of each color shown to be mixed are by weight or volume. 3) To lighten a color, add white in large amounts. For this process, it is advisable to begin mixing with small quantities of color and white so that the volume of the mix does not become too large with each addition. 4) For a warmer mix color, replace the white with ivory. 5) To darken a color, add black in tiny amounts. 6) Make sure hands are kept clean when mixing to avoid cross-contamination of colors.
