This is NOT a beginning photography/beginning business course.

This is a limited size class, as said, limited to about 16 studios.

THE GAME WORTH PLAYINGHow to Thrive Not Simply Survive in PhotographyIn this program you will:

• Realize that it is still possible to become wealthy in photography. Why some enjoy personal incomes of $250,000 or more why most struggle, working many hours, to simply get by.

• Find out how to grow your studio in a way that you not only gain more income, but, more importantly, gain more freedom.

• Design your business to support your life rather than to be your life.

• Understand that what got you to where you are today, won’t get you where you want to be. Working harder is NOT the answer - working differently is. (Change the system, change the results.)

• Look at studio success models and which one you may want to choose?

• Discover how to be world class, why not you? What will it take to accomplish that? (Hint: It’s easier than you think.)

• Focus on the 3 skills you must master in order to become wealthy in photography.

• Realize why 68% of your customers stop doing business with you (hint: it’s not your prices).

• Understand and implement a “Customer Journey” process that will create raving fans while at the same time producing higher average orders than you ever thought possible (again, easier than most people think, it’s all in the system.)

• Most importantly gain the confidence in knowing you have a strategic plan in place for a successful year.

David doesn’t just talk, he makes a difference!

He will help you see your business from a whole new perspective and provide you with the tools to make your business potentially the most valuable asset you’ll ever own.

David is president of Strategic Vision Business Development Corp., a management consultant company working with firms in a variety of industries. He has experience building businesses, guiding owners to higher profits and greater freedom and has helped family businesses to successfully transition ownership to the next generation or to successful sales of the businesses.

For more than 10 years David has been a Senior E-Myth Coach (Michael Gerber’s E-Myth Revisited); he has taught Dale Carnegie’s Management Program and is currently an Independent Business Advisor with Glazer-Kennedy’s Insider’s Circle and a Certified Guerilla Marketing Coach.

David also practices what he preaches, as president of Hilton Photography, Inc., a company that he recently successfully sold. In that role he grew and managed multiple locations and recruited, hired and trained over 500 people. David has developed this company to operate profitably without his day to day involvement.David knows what he is talking about! He holds a BS degree from Rochester Institute of Technology, a Masters degree in Education from Worcester State College, a Master of Business Administration degree from Boston College and is currently studying for a Doctorate in Business Administration from the Swiss Management Center University.

Rachel Marten, with her husband, Clarke, have a studio in Montana. They began with a home/ranch studio, and recently opened a new studio in downtown Billings Montana in a 100 year old store front that they purchased and remodeled last year into one of the most beautiful studios in the country! They went from $500,000 in sales 3 years ago to almost $1.1 million this past year, photographing

families and High school seniors. They photograph about 300 sessions a year, with an average in excess of $3,400! Rachel’s enthusiasm is contagious! She does all the sales and marketing, and Clarke and son Rudi do the photography. z
