Customer Process

• Customer negotiates deal with any Volvo Retailer in the US

• Customer is eligible for any new car incentive available on the particular model they are purchasing

• Customer receives vehicle rebate directly from Volvo, in the form of a check

• Rebate amount may vary by model, as listed on website

• Customer submits to Volvo Commercial Fleet Sales Department:– Rebate form– Copy of signed Buyers Order– Proof of employment or membership

• Volvo Commercial Fleet verifies RDR and submits Check Request

• Volvo Commercial Fleet sends check, via Airborne Express, directly to customer
