Volunteers
We would very much welcome any volunteers that would like to help man a stall. If you wish to
help, please pop into the office.
This Year the Christmas Fair is being held on Thursday 10th December from 3.30pm-5.00pm. At
the fair there will be a range of fun activities, children’s Christmas crafts, refreshments and a
performance by the school choir.

Donations
In order for the Christmas Fair to be as successful as possible we require donations for various stalls.
From Monday 7th December donations can be brought into school. We request that:
Year 3 donate filled jars.
Year 4 donate Bottles of: wine, fizzy pop, bubble bath etc.
Year 5 donate Christmas themed cakes or biscuits.
Year 6 donate packets of sweets or chocolate.
Raffle Tickets
Please find some raffle tickets attached. The strip costs £1 or each ticket is 20p. If you wish to purchase
any raffle tickets for the Christmas raffle please follow the instructions below:
Retain a ticket/strip for yourself.
On the corresponding ticket/strip that you purchase you should write your
name and the class of your child on the back of each ticket.
Return the named tickets and the correct money to the school in a named en-
velop by Monday 7th December.
If you wish to purchase further tickets you can do so at the Christmas fair.
Prizes include: I-Tunes vouchers, a camera, a £20 Owtons Butchers voucher and much more.
Staff Promise
Staff Promise is a new stall. Here you will find that some teachers have made a promise which you can
buy a raffle ticket to win. You can enter as many times as you like and the winning ticket will be drawn
on Friday 11th December in assembly. These tickets will only be on sale at the Christmas Fair.
