As part of the market research, I like to review the target audiences. In the case of Wesleyan, these guys had a very clear audience: They sell insurances to the medical body. So I also studied the lifecycle of the medical profession.

Last, but not least, I dived into their marketing data, using tools such as MOZ, Google Analytics and Kissmetrics… and a few others!
It turned out these guys didn’t have any effective acquisition campaigns. They only attracted active customers. Oops!
